1. ​​Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the number of products in your order. We have partnered with couriers who provide us a good rate and you can be assured we pass on the best rates to you. As we grow, our goal is to offer free shipping within India.

2.Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship in India. We are working on offering international shipping soon.

3. Am I able to get my order within 1 day?

We do not offer expedited shipping. However, please contact us on hello@gentlemelons.com and we will try to work with you.

4. How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number once your shipment has been scanned by the carrier and a notification email will be sent to you. Simply click on the tracking number in the email and it will take you to the tracking link where you will be able to see the status of your shipment.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped orders are expected to be delivered in 3 to 10 business days.

6. I need to reschedule the delivery of the package.

Once the order is shipped, we have limited control over the delivery of the shipment. You will receive a message with the contact number of the courier. The best way would be to reach out to them directly and request them to reschedule the package as per your convenience.

If the courier is not able to accept your request, please email us on hello@gentlemelons.com and we will try to reschedule your order. This is done on a best effort basis and we cannot guarantee it.
